In case your order has been cancelled due to some reason; the refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
When the products are delivered to you and accepted as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange policy.
Refund or replacement of the product will not be applicable if the product doesn't suit, as we always recommend a patch test (mentioned on the packaging as well)
Order Cancellation is not allowed, once the order is placed it cannot be modified, cancelled or refunded.
If any damaged product, defective product or wrong order is received as per the order of the customer, we request you to kindly contact our customer service on our official number @ Call/ WhatsApp +91-7011843846 within 48 hours of the delivery of the product along with images / video of the product received.
Please provide us minimum of 3-4 working days from the day we have received your complaint to work upon. We will contact you for the same as soon as possible.
All our products are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product. Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. In rare case that your product may be damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement as we do provide free of cost replacement of the product within 3 days after the product has been delivered, in case you have: -
received item(s) in damaged or mutilated condition or;
received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us;
The products come into non-returnable beauty category. In case you find that the product is broken or damaged, after you have opened the box, we will dispatch the product to your satisfaction, within three (3) days of receiving a complaint.
In case you find any of the product missing as per your order, we request you to provide us 360degree unboxing video to support the claim. Without the unboxing video, no claims will be processed further.
Exchange of product due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable. Exchange of product due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; dislike of color that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product itself is not applicable. As buying product is customer’s choice, our experts only recommend the products as per your concerns.
